This recipe has been floating around Pinterest for some time now and I pinned it but had forgotten about it till I saw it going around again.  Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits and while eating them plain is just near perfect,
adding chocolate makes them perfectly wonderful.  This dessert, snack, or treat is as easy to make as it gets!  Dip and sprinkle and you are done!  Perfect for Memorial Day or 4th of July.
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh strawberries
8 oz  package vanilla almond bark (melting white chocolate)
Blue decorating sugar crystals
Instructions:
Wash and completely dry strawberries.
Place a sheet of wax paper on counter or line a baking sheet with wax paper.
Melt almond bark according to package directions until smooth.  Using the microwave to melt or on the stovetop in a small pan over low heat.
Place blue decorating sugar crystals into a small bowl and set it aside.
When almond bark is smooth, dip the berries 3/4 of the way into the bark, letting the excess drip off.
Dip the tip of the strawberry into the blue sugar.  Place on wax paper.
Refrigerate the strawberries until the almond bark has hardened or until you are ready to serve.
Enjoy!
