Ever go into your freezer for something else and find a package of meat that you totally forgot about? It happened here today – I went to take out a roast to thaw for tomorrow’s dinner and found a package of turkey cutlets. Since I had no plan for dinner, this was a sign!
Add some spices to give the turkey cutlets a kick and throw them on the grill – easy and quick since the cutlets will grill pretty quick. Can’t get much simpler than this!
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 4 turkey breast cutlets about 1 1/4 pounds
- Mix paprika, cumin, oregano, salt and sugar in small bowl.
- Rub both sides of turkey cutlets with 1 tablespoon of the spice mixture. Set aside while preheating grill over medium-high heat.
- Grill over medium-high heat 3 - 4 minutes on each side or until cutlets are until no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 170°F,

Thanks for sharing Joanne! The cutlets are great, both of my girls said they had a great kick to them as I usually make the cutlets a bit boring lol.
These turkey cutlets look delicious. I don’t make them as often as I should. You have me back on track.
Thanks for stopping by Bev! Hope you enjoy the cutlets, they do have a kick to them and are delicious!

I am looking to incorporate more protein into my diet by eating more turkey. This southwest grilled turkey looks like a delicious way to spice up the meat. Like you said, it is easy and quick since the cutlets grill so quickly. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I’ll have to go buy some turkey to try this out.
