Mini Pancake Muffin Charcuterie Board
Whether you’re hosting a brunch, a festive party, or a cozy weekend breakfast, a mini pancake muffin charcuterie board is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Mini pancake muffins are like bite-sized pancakes that bake up in a muffin tin. They’re easier to make than traditional pancakes (no flipping required!), perfect for portion control, and ideal for dipping and scooping up all your favorite toppings.
How to make a mini pancake muffin charcuterie board is easy and there are brunch platter ideas that you can include on this board. We chose to use mini pancake muffins, some with chocolate chips and some with maple sausage baked into the muffins. Also, on the board are mini cinnamon rolls, these air fryer French toast sticks, Air fryer bacon, fresh fruits, and a couple of condiments. Add your favorite pancake toppings, like maple syrup, jams, peanut butter, or fruit syrups.
Creating a sweet and savory charcuterie is the perfect idea for breakfast, brunch, or any gathering such as Mother’s Day brunch, baby and bridal showers, birthdays, Christmas morning, and Easter brunch.

- Prepare as much as you can the day before. This includes making mini pancake muffins and washing fruits.
- The platter you use for your grazing board can be a large wooden board, cutting board, basket tray as I used, or any large platter you have.
- Entertaining ideas: Pair your charcuterie board with a selection of beverages like mimosas, coffee, or tea to complete the experience.
- If you prefer to make pancakes instead of muffins, make them small (silver dollar size) to fit on the platter.
- Alternatively, you can use store-bought mini muffins in place of baking them.
- I like to bake a double batch of the muffins and freeze some to pull out to make this muffin platter. This mini muffin pan is my favorite.
- Same with making the French toast sticks, freeze some to reheat for this board.
- You can also buy frozen French toast sticks in your grocery store’s freezer department.
- You can buy the mini cinnamon rolls at your local grocery store in the bakery area.
- Use small jars and bowls for some of the fruit and the jams.
- Cutting the bacon in half will save room on the board and also be in line with the “mini” of the presentation.
- The mini muffins can be filled with cooked crumbled bacon in place of the sausage or use a spicy breakfast sausage.
- Adding other fruits to the muffins is a great idea, some fruits will have to be chopped rather small since the muffins are mini.
