All this week we will be sharing amazing summer grilling recipes, and our readers have a chance to win some amazing prizes from our generous sponsors.  You’re not going to want to miss a single day!

Peach season is about to begin here in my neck of the woods and I can’t wait to head to the orchard to pick some of the fresh fruit.  I love making peach salsa even when peaches aren’t in season.  Canned peaches work just great for this easy recipe, but if you have fresh peaches on hand, those are just are even yummier to use.

Georgia Peach Tree

I make this peach salsa throughout the year and use it as a dip or a topping over baked or grilled chicken.  It’s even great over grilled pork chops.

You can make this salsa as spicy as you want by bumping up the amount of jalapeno peppers you use or adding more chili powder.  If you have guests that like a milder salsa, simply omit the jalapeno peppers and chili powder.  I often will make a batch up and split it into two bowls, one spicy and one not.

I am loving the tasty conrbread crisps that Farmer’s Pantry make! The flavors are amazing, and I think the honey butter crisps are my favorite but all three I sampled were totally yummy. Farmer’s Pantry makes wholesome, hearty snacks that fill you up and they’re made with ingredients from American farms.

Summer BBQ season is approaching fast and you’re going to want to make this for your next summer gathering of family and friends.  I love to spoon the peach salsa into individual cups and top with some of the cornbread crisps, or other chips to have on the serving table.  People can grab a cup to munch on while they’re chatting with everyone.

Peaches are my favorite fruit. Maybe because they are available for such a short time. And they are great to grill! This dip looks awesome! I will be trying it soon!
